how to get there:
The farmhouse is located about an hour and a quarter by car from Modena and Reggio Emilia and about an hour and a half from Bologna: it is possible to reach the neighboring villages of Toano, Montefiorino and Villa Minozzo by bus from which we can arrange the transport with our car.
The farmhouse consists of an accommodation located above the old mill, which can allow convivial hospitality suitable for small groups and families, completely autonomous and independent.
The second accommodation is in the stone house opposite; a compact space with equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and equipped with services that can also be used by disabled people. The property is located on the Dolo stream, between the provinces of Reggio and Modena, and is ten minutes by car from the Rocca di Montefiorino and the Museo della Resistenza, from the millenary parish church of Rubbiano, half an hour by car from the Romanesque bridge of Cadignano. and a few minutes walk from the via ferrata delle Balze del Rio Malpasso.
