Eating in an Agriturismo
The cuisine of our region is one of the best in the world. Emilia-Romagna has a very high concentration of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) products that are hard to find elsewhere. It is here that some of the culinary excellences for which Italy is known around the world are born: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Reggio Emilia, culatello, tagliatelle, tortellini.
